The early-humans stickman project is an illustrative six-scene opening with original generated artwork. Its idea suggestions are prewritten examples you can choose or replace with your own idea. Its simplified production plan illustrates AI, own-media and mixed workflows; selections stay in this browser session and do not generate, upload or connect a service. AI music and presenter choices are illustrative planning options here, not confirmation of available Studio integrations. The sample reuses Guided stages, scene-planning checks, preview logic and catalogue estimates for selected images, voice and animation. It is not a completed film or a factual reconstruction of a named human species or period. No AI generation, customer saving or export runs in this sample. Origins is a separate finished film about different historical eras, with its original audio and animation. The scrolling, documentary and sleep sets each show three original illustrated stills, not animated or rendered LongVid video exports. The boundary-setting story is a separate three-scene illustrated example, not a rendered film. Scroll-directed camera movement, scene assembly and tracks illustrate production choices; these still-image sequences are not finished video playback. Export detailsCan I bring my own script, images and voice?
Yes. Paste your script and split it into editable scenes without a writing provider. Import your own images and recordings for each scene or section. Selected stock footage is available through supported sources. Imports make no generation request; LongVid access, storage and rendering are separate costs. Automatic splitting of one full voice recording is not available.
Which tools can I connect?
Supported API connections include OpenRouter for writing, fal for images and selected animation, and supported Kokoro, OpenAI or ElevenLabs narration paths. Bring your own API access and provider balance. A consumer ChatGPT or Claude subscription is not an API connection. Check the supported integrations and review a sample before generating the remainder.
Can I keep a character consistent?
Reuse a visual direction and approved character references, then review each scene. Reference support varies by image model. Check expressions, costume, framing and story relevance; a saved style does not guarantee an identical character.
What can I download?
Download your production as a project package: an editable timeline for DaVinci Resolve (verified), Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro (prepared, not yet verified) or a CapCut draft (community format), plus your images, video clips, voiceover, captions, script and edit references. Large productions come in numbered packages. LongVid checks for missing files first, and you can choose to download a draft while you are still working.
How do I finish and publish my video?
Download the package, unzip it and open the included helper page: it links the timeline to the extracted media without uploading anything. Import the prepared project file in your editor, make the final adjustments and export your video there. You stay in control of the final cut and upload it to YouTube yourself.
Can LongVid export a finished MP4?
A finished MP4 requires the configured operator render setup. Invited-account self-service MP4 export is not available. Preview the story, listen for timing gaps and use the editable project package to finish in your editor.
When can I use Studio?
Public Studio access is closed. Join the free waitlist for launch updates. Invited pilot accounts require verified identity and separate approval. The waitlist and Discord community do not grant Studio access.
